At Mohagni.pk, we always strive to provide our customers with premium quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We carefully check every order before dispatch to ensure that you receive the best quality.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to assist you.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unworn

  • The original packaging must be intact

  • All tags, accessories, and included items must be available

  • The product should be in its original condition

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product delivered

Please contact our customer support team within 7 days with your order details and relevant pictures/videos. After verification, we will assist you with the exchange process.

Color & Product Variation

Please note that slight differences in colors may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, and screen settings. Minor color variations will not be considered a product defect and will not qualify for exchange or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Products cannot be exchanged or returned if:

  • The item has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Tags or original packaging are missing

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • The issue is due to personal preference or change of mind

Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order details along with pictures/videos of the issue.

  3. Send the product back to the address provided by our team.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your exchange request will be processed.

After successful inspection, we will resolve your request within 2–5 working days.
